This notice covers the seowatcher.io website. Project data in the installed seowatcher application is stored separately on your own computer.
Optional usage measurement
Google Analytics 4 loads only if you agree. Google processes page views, scrolls, outbound clicks and file downloads, together with technical browser and device information. We use this to improve the website and installation guides. Advertising personalization and Google signals are not used.
Choices and retention
Your acceptance or refusal is stored in this browser’s local storage as seowatcher-consent-v1 for 6 months. Analytics cookies (_ga and names starting with _ga_) are used only after acceptance, with a maximum lifetime of 13 months. GA4 user and event data retention is 14 months. Google’s aggregated reports may follow different retention rules.
Changing your choice
Consent is optional. Refusing does not prevent using the site or downloading the app. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice or withdraw consent. Withdrawal disables analytics, deletes accessible analytics cookies and reloads the page.
Providers and contact
The web server processes connection information such as your IP address and requested URL to serve your request. If you consent to analytics, Google processes data on its infrastructure, which may include servers outside your country. For privacy or data requests, use the contact channel on the project’s GitHub profile. The Google links below explain further processing and cookie details.
